A family farm with an eye to the future
Les Étoiles de Baynes was born from a family life project: to bring a Norman farm back to life and share our love of rural living. Beekeeping, passed down through generations, lies at the heart of this adventure.
Our wooden geodesic domes blend naturally into the meadows. Around them, hives, orchard and plantings create a living space designed to preserve biodiversity and welcome you with simplicity.
A family heritage
Since childhood, I've accompanied my father to the apiary, learning the beekeeper's craft at his side. By taking over part of his hives, I chose to keep this precious family know-how alive.
Today, with the support of my uncles, I look after my colonies and produce quality local honey, respecting the bees and Normandy's biodiversity.
